Responsibilities
- Safely walk and supervise dogs in groups or individually (2-6 dogs per walk)
- Provide real-time photo/video updates to pet parents during walks
- Administer basic medications (training provided)
- Maintain detailed activity logs and client communication
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Transport dogs to/from vet appointments (as needed)
- Clean and maintain equipment (leashes, water bowls, waste bags)
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional dog walking/pet care experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong knowledge of dog behavior and handling techniques
- Ability to lift 30+ lbs and walk 5+ miles daily
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Availability on weekends and holidays required
