Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with finding products or processing their purchases.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, handling cash, credit, and digital payments efficiently.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing checkout area and store environment.
- Process returns and exchanges according to company policy.
- Assist with inventory stocking and shelf replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience as a Cashier or in customer service is a plus but not required.
- Strong basic math skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
