Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks (espresso, lattes, cold brew) to perfection
- Deliver exceptional customer service with warm, personalized interactions
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all coffee equipment and service areas
- Manage cash register operations and daily sales transactions accurately
- Assist with inventory management and supply ordering
- Train new baristas on drink recipes and service standards
- Collaborate with team during peak hours to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable with punctual attendance
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Must be available for early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
