Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and smoothies, adhering to standard recipes.
- Provide top-tier customer service by greeting guests, taking orders accurately, and maintaining a positive and energetic atmosphere.
- Maintain a pristine and organized workspace, including cleaning equipment, floors, and restocking supplies.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently to process transactions and handle payments.
- Cash handling and drawer management with strict accuracy.
- Assist with food preparation and plating as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous barista or food service experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and speed.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with customers and team members.
- Reliable and punctual attendance record.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
