Responsibilities
- Brew Excellence: Prepare and serve high-quality espresso drinks, teas, and cold beverages following strict recipes and quality standards.
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide personalized recommendations with a friendly smile.
- Machine Operation: Safely and efficiently operate commercial espresso machines, grinders, and blenders.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the workspace pristine, including cleaning counters, equipment, and restocking supplies throughout the shift.
- Point of Sale: Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/card payments.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous barista experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training for the right candidates.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 6-8 hours) and lift up to 25 lbs.
