Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar.
- Serve meals and drinks with speed and precision, anticipating guest needs.
- Upsell menu items and handle customer inquiries and complaints with confidence and grace.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, including clearing tables and resetting stations.
- Process payments efficiently and accurately using POS systems.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and tipping calculations.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
