Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with precision and creativity
- Provide exceptional customer service and build genuine connections
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all coffee stations and equipment
- Manage cash transactions and POS systems accurately
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours
- Continuously expand coffee knowledge and brewing techniques
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year barista experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of espresso preparation and brewing methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
