Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and precise techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations and warm hospitality
- Maintain pristine cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, equipment, and seating areas
- Operate POS systems efficiently while processing cash and digital transactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Participate in inventory management and uphold strict quality standards
- Engage with customers to build relationships and gather feedback
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional coffee preparation experience required
- Deep knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for customer service
- Ability to thrive in high-energy environments while maintaining composure
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory tracking
- Flexible availability including weekends and early morning shifts
- Food Handler's Certification preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
