Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and advanced equipment
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized recommendations and warm interactions
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of workspace, equipment, and customer areas
- Operate POS systems efficiently while processing cash and digital payments
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless daily operations and inventory management
- Develop product knowledge through continuous training on seasonal offerings and brewing techniques

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in specialty coffee preparation or customer service role
- Proficiency with espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment
- Exceptional communication skills with a passion for building customer relationships
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a high-energy environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Food safety certification preferred (will provide training if needed)
- Valid Wisconsin Food Handler's License (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
