Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, sorting, and organizing stock to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyor systems.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging standards are met.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and workplace protocols.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads to ensure efficient workflow during peak weekend shifts.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: A strong track record of punctuality and attendance is essential.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not strictly required.
- Documentation: Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions and maintain high standards of accuracy.
