As a Weekend Part-Time Associate, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every customer has a positive and memorable shopping experience. We are looking for motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries, and provide product recommendations to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Store Operations: Assist in opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, register operations, and safe deposits.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, organize merchandise displays, and participate in seasonal inventory counts.
- Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor that adheres to company standards.
- Team Collaboration: Support fellow team members during peak weekend hours to ensure efficient store operations.
- Problem Solving: Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate complex matters to the Store Manager when necessary.
- Training: Complete product knowledge training and safety protocols to perform duties proficiently.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and potentially some weekday evenings.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; College students are highly encouraged to apply.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups.
- Reliability: Proven history of punctuality and consistent attendance.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and maneuver around the sales floor.
