Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain large volumes of alphanumeric data across multiple client platforms
- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure 99.9% accuracy standards
- Process high-volume transactions using proprietary software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Generate daily performance reports and identify data discrepancies for resolution
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols and HIPAA/GDPR compliance standards
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless data handovers and issue resolution
- Utilize OCR tools to process scanned documents with 95%+ recognition accuracy
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in high-volume data entry (10,000+ keystrokes/hour)
- Proficiency in Excel pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
- Ability to maintain 99.5% accuracy under tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail with zero tolerance for errors
- Availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM schedule (4x10 hour shifts)
