Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional remote customer support during weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday).
- Assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues via chat and email.
- Manage and update customer account information accurately.
- Resolve incoming inquiries efficiently within established service level agreements.
- Collaborate with the weekday support team to ensure continuity of service.
- Document customer interactions and feedback clearly in our CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products/services.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends consistently.
