Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email during evening shifts.
- Provide detailed technical troubleshooting and product support for our software platform.
- Accurately document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless service continuity and knowledge sharing.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers or managers promptly.
- Maintain a professional, empathetic, and positive demeanor under pressure.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.
- Must be available to work evening shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekend shifts.
- Strong typing skills and proficiency with computers, browsers, and CRM software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
