Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and in-person interactions during evening shifts.
- Manage daily transactions, process payments, and handle cash drawer reconciliation with 100% accuracy.
- Assist with inventory management, product stocking, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales and service targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be available to work evenings (typically 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM).
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with POS systems.
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
