Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide knowledgeable assistance with product selection and inquiries.
- Maintain a pristine, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and fitting rooms at all times.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the POS system.
- Restock merchandise, rotate inventory, and ensure price tags are correct.
- Assist in store operations, including opening/closing duties and safety audits.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to teamwork.
