Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and ensure the store remains tidy and well-maintained.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Assist in inventory management and stock receiving processes.
- Follow all company policies, safety protocols, and loss prevention guidelines.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer proficiency for ringing up sales.
