Role Overview
This role involves providing exceptional support during evening hours. You will be the primary point of contact for our evening clientele, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during evening shifts.
- Process orders, returns, and transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety standards are met.
- Assist with data entry and documentation as required by the supervisor.
- Resolve customer complaints with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a seamless transition of operations.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work evening shifts (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends.
- Strong computer literacy and typing skills (40+ WPM).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Reliable transportation is required.
