Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and support during peak evening and weekend hours.
- Process transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Assist in inventory management, restocking shelves, and maintaining store cleanliness.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure operational efficiency and a welcoming atmosphere.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety guidelines, and brand standards.
- Monitor store appearance and ensure a premium shopping environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and weekends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation is required.
