Responsibilities
- Assist with the accurate receiving, sorting, and distribution of incoming packages.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies with precision.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily operational targets and deadlines.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding order status and delivery information.
- Support loading and unloading operations for commercial trucks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in warehousing or logistics is a strong plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in basic computer operations and inventory software.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
