Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional assistance to customers, answering inquiries and ensuring a positive shopping experience in our Seattle store.
- Store Operations: Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment at all times.
- Transactions: Accurately operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, process payments, and handle cash and credit transactions with integrity.
- Inventory Management: Help with receiving stock, organizing merchandise, and monitoring inventory levels to ensure product availability.
- Merchandising: Follow visual merchandising standards to ensure products are displayed attractively and according to company guidelines.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Schedule: Must be available to work evenings and weekends as required.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory; on-the-job training provided.
- Skills: Basic math skills for cash handling; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability: Reliable transportation is required to commute to the Seattle location.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and maneuver around the sales floor.
