Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting for end-users via phone and email.
- Manage and resolve incoming customer tickets efficiently and accurately.
- Document all interactions and issues in the CRM system.
- Assist in data entry and administrative tasks during the evening shift.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless workflow continuity.

Qualifications
