Responsibilities
- Manage Customer Inquiries: Handle incoming calls and emails professionally and efficiently during evening and weekend shifts.
- Process Orders: Accurately enter and process customer orders with a focus on speed and precision.
- Shift Coverage: Work rotating evening and weekend shifts to ensure 24/7 operational excellence.
- Problem Solving: Resolve customer issues and complaints with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and client interactions.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends.
- Reliability: A track record of punctual and consistent attendance.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience: Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred but not required for the right candidates.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
