Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during evening and weekend hours.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with patience and empathy, aiming for a 100% first-contact resolution rate.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account information in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to troubleshoot complex product issues and escalate when necessary.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, policy changes, and industry trends to provide accurate assistance.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor while representing Apex Support Solutions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, retail, or a related field.
- Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends (Saturday/Sunday).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear phone voice.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote or hybrid setting.
