Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat during evening and weekend shifts.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service processes and customer satisfaction scores.
- Adhere to company policies and quality assurance standards during every shift.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing customers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or tech support is highly valued.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a stable high-speed internet connection.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) or evenings (4 PM - 12 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
