Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors during evening hours.
- Assist with daily operations and ensure store/office cleanliness and organization.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales.
- Process incoming inquiries via phone or email in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily performance goals.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking as needed.
- Maintain a positive and welcoming environment for all guests.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work evening shifts (e.g., 4 PM - 12 AM).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with POS systems.
