Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and answering product inquiries.
- Stock merchandise and organize displays to ensure the store is visually appealing and well-stocked.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process sales transactions and returns.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve daily operational goals and targets.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with basic inventory management tasks.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Availability to work flexible evening shifts and weekends (including holidays) as required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
