Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm and professional welcome to all customers entering the location during evening hours.
- Customer Assistance: Offer product information, answer inquiries, and resolve customer concerns efficiently to ensure a positive experience.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment throughout the shift, including stocking shelves and organizing displays.
- Transaction Handling: Process cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the evening team to ensure seamless operations and support colleagues as needed.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking items to prevent stockouts during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work evening shifts (typically 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and weekends.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability is required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform physical tasks as needed.
