Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during evening and weekend shifts.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and questions with patience and professionalism.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in the company CRM system.
- Collaborate with senior support agents and technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and process efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, support, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly.
- Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based applications.
- Ability to multitask and maintain composure in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace are required for remote evening shifts.
