Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service during evening operations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Prepare and maintain quality food/beverage offerings
- Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Collaborate with evening team members for seamless operations
- Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
Qualifications
- Must be available for evening shifts (5 PM - 11 PM)
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Basic math and POS system knowledge
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation to Stone Ave location
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Food Handler's Certificate (or willing to obtain)
