Responsibilities
- Process cash, card, and digital transactions accurately using POS systems
- Provide friendly customer service during checkout and answer product inquiries
- Balance cash registers daily and reconcile discrepancies
- Bag merchandise and assist customers with carryout requests
- Maintain organized checkout lanes and surrounding areas
- Support inventory management through stock rotation and shelf-stocking
- Adhere to all loss prevention and security protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months cash handling or customer service experience preferred
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash transactions
- Ability to operate point-of-sale systems and technology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
