Responsibilities
- Stock and organize merchandise in assigned departments with precision and efficiency
- Operate pallet jacks and safely unload delivery trucks
- Rotate products according to FIFO principles to ensure freshness
- Maintain clean, organized stockroom and sales floor areas
- Assist with inventory counts and price verification
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize workflow
- Adhere to safety protocols and company standards at all times
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 6+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Availability to work 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM shifts (flexible days)
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Previous stocking or retail experience preferred
- Valid driver's license for potential equipment operation
- Positive attitude and teamwork mindset
