Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service across sales floor and checkout stations
- Manage inventory processes including stock replenishment and cycle counts
- Operate POS systems accurately while processing transactions
- Execute visual merchandising standards and seasonal displays
- Collaborate with team members during peak weekend and holiday rushes
- Adhere to safety protocols and loss prevention procedures
- Participate in product knowledge training and team meetings
Qualifications
- Current enrollment in accredited high school or college program
- Flexible availability including weekends and evenings
- Basic math and communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods (6+ hours)
- Previous retail/customer service experience preferred
- Reliable transportation to/from worksite
- Must be 18+ for overnight shift coverage
