Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic Roadmap, aligning high-level vision with actionable engineering milestones.
- Lead cross-functional squads comprising AI researchers, quantum engineers, and UX specialists to ensure cohesive delivery.
- Identify emerging technologies and validate feasibility for incorporation into the Initiative within 12-18 months.
- Manage executive stakeholder relationships, translating complex technical concepts into business value.
- Drive the adoption of Agile methodologies at scale to ensure rapid iteration and delivery.
- Oversee budget allocation and resource planning for advanced R&D projects.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in product strategy, systems architecture, or engineering leadership.
- Proven track record of leading complex, multi-year technology projects with budgets exceeding $5M.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and future-forward computing paradigms.
- Experience working in high-growth startup environments or Fortune 500 R&D divisions.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence diverse teams and senior leadership.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
