Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic vision roadmap through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in emerging markets
- Quantify future scenarios using predictive modeling and scenario planning frameworks
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with compelling data narratives
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Author quarterly foresight reports on macro-trends affecting our industry vertical
- Champion innovation culture by mentoring teams in future-thinking methodologies
- Oversee strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and predictive modeling
- Strong background in at least two future-critical domains (AI, biotech, climate tech, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Advanced degree in Business, Futures Studies, Technology, or related field
- Published thought leadership in strategic foresight or innovation
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and strategic software
