Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainability innovations
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders with data-driven impact assessments
- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints translating foresight into actionable prototypes
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership reports on emerging paradigms and their business implications
- Mentor teams in future-proofing methodologies and adaptive strategy frameworks
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research roles
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and exponential technology assessment
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial or organizational impact
- Deep knowledge of megatrends: AI ethics, climate resilience, neurotech, decentralized systems
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex future concepts
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CSFI, APF) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published future scenarios or strategic foresight projects
