Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Strategic Horizon Framework, identifying disruptive technologies and market inflection points
- Lead quarterly FutureScan workshops with global R&D teams to synthesize emerging trends
- Author executive briefings and industry white papers on post-quantum cryptography and synthetic biology
- Partner with Venture Capital arm to evaluate frontier startups in Web4 and ambient computing
- Design and implement 'Future Proof' protocols for organizational resilience against technological singularity
- Present findings at Davos-level forums and patent breakthrough methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Transhumanist Philosophy
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals on technological convergence
- Expertise in scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEP-V) with 50+ models executed
- Fluency in predictive analytics tools (TensorFlow, Monte Carlo simulations)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ paradigm-shifting initiatives launched since 2020
- Certification in Futuology or Advanced Systems Thinking preferred
