Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech) and forecast their impact on business landscapes by 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for market entry, product innovation, and competitive positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product roadmaps and marketing strategies
- Produce high-impact trend reports and executive briefings with data-driven insights
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with disruptive potential for our industry
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry thought leaders
- Design and implement foresight methodologies across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategy, Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Exceptional research skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing strategic decisions
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and research methodologies
- Passion for emerging tech trends and ability to communicate future concepts compellingly
