Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite to align innovation priorities
- Author annual 'Future State' white papers distributed to Fortune 500 partners
- Monitor global megatrends (demographic shifts, resource scarcity, geopolitical realignment)
- Prototype scenario-planning simulations for existential risk mitigation
- Collaborate with MIT Future Labs on exponential technology forecasting
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent strategic foresight certification
- 10+ years in strategic planning with Fortune 100 or Silicon Valley unicorns
- Published author on exponential technologies or societal transformation
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and causal layered analysis
- Proficiency in AI trend forecasting tools (e.g., GPT-4, TrendHunter)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful 10-year strategic implementations
- Deep understanding of UN SDGs and global policy ecosystems
- Experience advising governments on 4th Industrial Revolution preparedness
