- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for product innovation and market expansion

- Produce trend reports and scenario-planning documents for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to translate future insights into actionable R&D roadmaps
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists in future-oriented methodologies and critical thinking
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and sociocultural trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight into successful business initiatives
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic journals
- Experience with horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
