Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, AR/VR)
- Analyze competitive landscapes and regulatory shifts to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders with clear ROI projections and risk mitigation plans
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Mentor innovation teams on future-proof methodologies and ethical tech deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least one future-tech domain: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business (MBA preferred)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience presenting to executive boards and investment committees
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (e.g., CFTE)
