Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 innovation framework, identifying disruptive trends across AI, biotech, climate tech, and digital transformation
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for Fortune 500 clients, creating actionable roadmaps for future-proofing their businesses
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and policy influencers to shape industry futures
- Author thought leadership publications and white papers on emerging technologies and their business implications
- Design and execute horizon-scanning methodologies using data analytics and qualitative research
- Present future-vision briefings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor a cross-functional team of futurists, data scientists, and industry specialists
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon-scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to distill complex futures into compelling narratives
