Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 10-year strategic foresight framework mapping technological, economic, and societal megatrends
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for 2026+ market opportunities
- Author executive briefings on disruptive technologies (quantum, AGI, neurotech) and their business implications
- Establish ethical guardrails for emerging technology adoption across global operations
- Design scenario-planning methodologies for high-uncertainty futures
- Partner with R&D to prioritize innovation pipelines aligned with long-term strategic vision
- Present strategic insights to investors, board members, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record translating complex technological trends into executable business strategies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning capabilities
- Executive presence with demonstrated board-level communication skills
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or equivalent technical field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology ethics (Harvard Business Review, MIT Sloan, etc.)
- Experience building innovation ecosystems across global organizations
