Responsibilities

- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and sustainability goals
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable product concepts
- Build quantitative forecasting models for emerging market opportunities and risk assessment
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future-focused thinking into corporate strategy
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at industry forums
- Manage a portfolio of experimental innovation projects with rapid prototyping cycles
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into market-ready innovations
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI ethics, quantum computing, biotech convergence, or climate tech
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to map complex interdependencies across industries
- Strong data storytelling skills with visualization mastery (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method) preferred
- Experience scaling innovation programs in Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
