Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026 technology impact roadmaps across AI, quantum, and biotech sectors
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for Fortune 500 executives on exponential risk/opportunity
- Author quarterly Horizon Briefings distributed to 15,000+ global decision-makers
- Design organizational resilience frameworks for disruptive technology adoption
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-proof business models
- Present at Davos and global innovation summits
- Mentor junior futurists in our Emergent Tech incubation program
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Complex Systems
- 10+ years experience in corporate strategy with exponential technology focus
- Published author in MIT Technology Review or Future Studies Journal
- Expertise in predictive modeling using Bayesian networks and agent-based simulations
- Deep knowledge of geopolitical tech policy implications (US/EU/Asia)
- Proven track record of implementing future-proof strategies
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Strong public speaking at C-suite level
