Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, climate tech, neurodiversity) to identify high-impact opportunities through 2026
- Develop predictive models using proprietary foresight platforms and cross-disciplinary research
- Design future-proofing frameworks for executive leadership teams
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with Fortune 500 partners
- Author thought leadership publications (whitepapers, TED-style talks)
- Mentor cross-functional innovation pods in speculative design methodologies
- Quantify future market risks/opportunities using quantitative and qualitative metrics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in trend analysis, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Expertise in horizon scanning and weak signal detection methodologies
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies
- Experience with C-suite stakeholder management in multinational corporations
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 3 implemented future scenarios
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
