Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year strategic roadmaps using trend analysis and predictive modeling for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead immersive scenario planning workshops on disruptive technologies (quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, climate AI)
- Author quarterly Horizon Pulse reports on socioeconomic shifts affecting 2026 market landscapes
- Design and deploy AI-driven organizational readiness frameworks for digital transformation
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-proof business ecosystems
- Advolve cross-functional stakeholders on ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Present findings at industry summits (World Economic Forum, CES Future Stage)
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field with 5+ years consulting experience
- Proven track record in predictive modeling using Python/R and Monte Carlo simulations
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: Web3.0, bio-convergence, or climate tech
- Exceptional storytelling skills with portfolio of published future-focused content
- Experience designing and facilitating C-level strategic offsites with measurable ROI
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (ACF or CFCS preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating work on horizon scanning or trend impact analysis
