Responsibilities

- Construct predictive models using machine learning and scenario planning frameworks
- Deliver executive briefings on emerging market disruptions and competitive threats
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-state solutions
- Author seminal thought leadership publications on long-term strategic foresight
- Maintain proprietary HorizonScan database tracking 500+ global innovation indicators
- Advvent venture capital portfolio on 2026 disruptive investment opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting (AI/ML, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Strong academic background in futures studies, systems theory, or complex systems modeling
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences at Davos, CES, or similar forums
- Published author or keynote speaker on technological singularity or societal transformation
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Cross-Impact Matrix)
- Advanced certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP from APF) preferred
