Responsibilities
- Develop and implement horizon-scanning frameworks to anticipate disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create 2026 strategic roadmaps with C-suite executives
- Produce trend intelligence reports synthesifying global socio-economic, technological, and environmental signals
- Champion innovation through scenario planning and risk mitigation strategies for 2026-2030
- Collaborate with R&D to translate foresight insights into actionable product roadmaps
- Establish KPIs for measuring future-readiness and innovation ROI
- Present strategic foresight findings to stakeholders and industry forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business impact
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and foresight software
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures concepts
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFMP from Association of Professional Futurists)
- Published thought leadership on emerging trends or future scenarios
