Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Produce forward-looking scenario analyses for Fortune 500 clients facing 2026 market inflection points
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state strategies
- Author thought leadership publications on AI ethics, climate adaptation, and human augmentation
- Design and maintain proprietary trend-tracking dashboards using real-time data streams
- Advose executive teams on strategic pivots amid exponential technological acceleration
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years applying foresight methodologies in corporate or consulting environments
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking frameworks
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into executable business strategies
- Strong background in at least one high-impact domain: AI, biotech, or climate tech
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred) or equivalent practical experience
